Hydration

When riding along in hot climates, it is easy to become dehydrated. The rule is that if you are thirsty, then you are already dehydrated, so one should sip liquid often. The incorporation of a hydration system facilitates this and can be used whilst the bike is moving along and without having to remove the helmet.

A 2 litre hydration bladder is carried. There is space for the tube in the front of the jacket.

There is a pocket at the back of the jacket in which to place the bladder. The tubes can be run along the inside of the jacket.
