  Overland by Motorcycle          

With the variation of countries to be visited, an extensive array of vaccinations are required to keep the Rider in good health. Selection of which vaccinations to include were based upon country, time of year and likely exposures (e.g. not many pig farms to be visited!).

Diphtheria

Tetanus

Typhoid

Hepatitis A

Hepatitis B

Polio

Meningitis (ACWY strains)

Rabies (dogs love to chase motorcycles)

Malaria (Doxycycline which doubles up as anit-biotic)

Other general anti-biotics to take:

          Metranidazole

          Ciprofloxacin (bowel infections)

          Amoxycillin (respiratory related)
